Challenge: Refine RiseHealth’s brand positioning and messaging. Create and develop a robust website that communicates RiseHealth’s vision of establishing a system-wide primary care model with credible language and accurate messaging. RiseHealth has little brand recognition among key markers and influencers across all audience segments.
Results: The site establishes a greater presence for RiseHealth in the medical community while providing relevant information to users in an online experience that is intuitive, well-designed and on-brand. Measurement and analytics were added to track post-click behavior to inform content consumption, stickiness and user interaction.
