Her experience developing effective go-to-market strategies and programs includes work in the world of numbers as a Six Sigma Black Belt for GE Capital and the world of bits and bytes as a consultant to technology infrastructure providers. The bestselling author of 10 books, Jennifer received her B.A. from Smith College.
